Villa Near Cannes

BALCON D'AZUR  overhangs above the steep side of the Esterel mound. The white horizontal lines of this white-steel property are neatly detached from the iconic dark pink rock. We have managed to blur the limits of indoor-outdoor by using the same materials throughout: whitewashed industrial brickwork, extra long white-oiled douglas floor boards, touches of black steelwork to enhance and contrast, and a very subtle lighting scheme. In this grand landscape, we planned to have a very discreet design work in order to magnify the views and the owners artwork.   ...
