Focusing on the flow of time and color, Izumiko Aoyagi, a very active Debussy pianist and writer, is releasing a collection of Debussy's piano works to commemorate the 90th anniversary of his death. In addition to the release of this new album, Izumiko Aoyagi will simultaneously launch a series of four concerts entitled "Debussy Series: Debussy Again. In addition, her book "Debussy's Time" (Shunju-sha) is scheduled for release. Her book, "Debussy's Time" (published by Shunju-sha), will be released in the near future. This recording includes "Forgotten Images," "Prints," and "12 Exercises," and as the CD title suggests, focuses on "time" to present Izumiko Aoyagi's unique interpretation of Debussy.
