All Fire Magic Outdoor Kitchens; stockpots, woks, and other pots and pans are ideal for the Echelon Diamond Power Burner. The inner and outer propane gas ring burners' 60,000 BTUs are combined. The inner ring generates between 3,000 and 15,000 BTUs, while the outer ring can generate up to 45,000 BTUs.

It has a sleek stainless steel design with back-lit control knobs for a contemporary look that matches its performance. The interior is protected from the elements by porcelain-coated cast iron cooking grids and a stainless steel lid. This Power Burner can be wired in conjunction with a Fire Magic Echelon Diamond or Aurora Series Grill, or it can be wired independently using a separate power supply box (sold separately). The Echelon Diamond Power Burner is an excellent addition to any high-end outdoor kitchen.
