This Yamaha G-100 (Dec 1974) Electric Classical Guitar was made in Japan.  It is a much higher grade guitar than the more recent one, much better than those made in the 80s and 90s, and much better than the cheaper Taiwanese-made G-100s.

I've fine-tuned the bracing to make it even more resonant. 

I've also installed a Fishman ISYS+ Pickup Preamp on it for performance and recording use.

This guitar is loud with broad bass and clear trebles. It has a typical much sort-after the sound of early Yamaha acoustic guitars.   

People describe the early Yamaha guitars as being able to cut through the mix during recording sessions and live performances.

The guitar has some signs of normal wear.  I'd say it's in fantastic condition for being 48 years old.  Please see the photos and sound demo video.
