Direction of Use:
• Use about 10-15ml (1 tablespoon) and swish thoroughly for at least 30 seconds and spit out.
• If your throat is dry and coated with mucus, you may slowly sip the mouthwash as much as 1 tablespoon 4 times a day.
• Pour Oral7 Mouthwash into a spray bottle and spray 3-4 puffs each time to moisten mouth and refresh breath as often as needed.
