This eco-friendly formula works exceptionally well with SCIF Barrier, radiant barrier, and single or double bubble insulation, allowing them to adhere directly to drywall, concrete block, metal, prepared plywood, FRP panels, and additional smooth surfaces. Each case includes six cans, offering roughly 750 sq. ft. of total coverage.

The water-based aerosol adhesive produces virtually no odor, contains extremely low VOCs, and provides a long working time—making it suitable for use in both occupied spaces and active job sites. Materials can be easily repositioned prior to rolling, helping ensure a clean, precise installation.

How to Apply

1. Ensure all surfaces are clean and completely dry.
2. Use drop cloths or masking to protect nearby areas from overspray.
3. Shake the can well. Hold 18–24" from the surface and apply an even coat to the substrate or the material itself. Wipe excess adhesive from the nozzle to prevent clogging.
4. Allow adhesive to dry until no transfer occurs when lightly touched (10–20 minutes). Remove wet overspray with a damp cloth; use mineral spirits for dried overspray.
5. Position the material starting at the center and adjust as needed. Lift gently to reposition if necessary.
6. Once aligned, apply firm, even pressure with hands or a roller to complete the bond.

Depending on site temperature and humidity, Spray-Lock may retain its tack for several hours or longer, giving installers a comfortable working window for larger or detailed projects.

How to Store

Because Spray-Lock is water-based, it is vulnerable to freezing. Store at a minimum of 68°F for 24 hours before use and avoid exposing the cans to freezing temperatures at any time.
