The Legendary Ed Sullivan Show, Including Rehearsals! All four broadcasts plus a live rehearsal in Miami are included in this ultimate edition! Eternal Grooves' popular series of previously unreleased studio recordings and rare live performances of The Beatles. This time, the ultimate version of The Ed Sullivan Show, the most famous TV appearance by The Beatles in history, is now available, including all four appearances plus a rehearsal (February 16, 1964)! The Beatles first appeared in front of American fans on "The Ed Sullivan Show," the most popular show on American TV at the time. Until then, no British band had ever sold well in the U.S. However, just before coming to the U.S., the Beatles performed "I Want to Hug You. However, when "I Want to Embrace You" reached No. 1 in the U.S. just before they left for the U.S., they suddenly attracted a lot of attention, and at the press conference at the airport, they captured the hearts of the media with their witty interview. On the day of the broadcast, the streets were deserted and viewership exceeded 70 percent. This is a complete recording of the Beatles' four live performances from their first appearance on February 9, 1964, to their last live performance on September 12, 1965, which captivated the nation overnight. The first feature of this album is that the recordings are not in the order of TV broadcast, but in the order in which the Beatles actually recorded their live performances, considering that they were recorded live with the audience in the theater. It is not well known, but the third appearance (broadcast on February 23) was pre-shot before the first appearance (live broadcast on the evening of February 9). The live performance (the first to the third songs on this CD) is a small performance, perhaps because it was the first performance in the U.S., and even John was a bit stiff. However, perhaps he had gotten accustomed to the new environment, and in the live broadcast later in the evening, he turned the tables and gave a lively performance, bursting with smiles. Perhaps with the U.S. market in mind, Paul continued with sweeter songs from "All My Loving" to "Till There Was You," and then he captivated the whole country with his hair-trigger shouts of "She Loves You.The second appearance, on February 16, 1964, was recorded in Miami, where the band also rehearsed all the songs with the audience in the audience. The engineers also rehearsed, so there are some problems such as the balance of instruments not being proper, but the band members are relaxed and the performance is hot, with a fire and drive. Fans will be happy to hear a comparison with the actual performance. A year and a half later, on September 12, 1965, the fourth appearance, the band performed the then-new song "Help! Tears on a Train Ticket," and "Yesterday. I'm Down," with John playing the organ, and "I Feel Fine," with its harder guitar riffs, showed the Beatles' growth in a short period of time. This is the miraculous live performance left by the early Beatles in the United States. This is the longest recording ever made, including six rehearsal songs, from the latest master. The Japanese liner with song descriptions and episodes is included on the inside cover.
