Heddon Jointed Tadpolly 9015, RFB Fluorescent Black Spot Card.  Nice Triangle pattern card here from the late 70s-early 80s.  Lure is about 3 3/4" long.  Card in nice shape with some minor wear.  Lure new inside card however it has developed some waxing (will easily wipe off if you decide to open up). Fish or collect.  Classic Heddon lure.
