Customize your True Manufacturing sandwich prep table to suit your exact needs with this handy double over shelf kit. It is designed for use with True Manufacturing products TSSU, TUC, or TWT-72. The shelves are each 72-3/8" wide and 16" deep, and can be adjusted to a maximum height of 33-1/32" to accommodate tools or ingredients. The back guard is removable, so it can also be converted to a pass through over shelf to make tasks in the kitchen more efficient. It is made from durable stainless steel, and requires some assembly before use.
