Suitable for 12v or 24v applications the REDARC Rollover Sensor (ROS) enables trucks to meet the roll-over sensing requirements by signalling the isolation switch to disconnect power to the truck system in the event of a truck rollover. It has been designed for high reliability, undergoing thorough environmental and lifetime testing. The ROS can be used in unison with the Battery Master Isolation Switch to enable heavy-duty vehicles to meet AS2809 roll-over sensing requirements, automatically shut down the vehicle‚ engine and all electrics when a dangerous angle of more than 45 degrees is reached, and reduce frustrating false triggers from wiring faults through the system‚ dual fault protection.
