Geraldo Frigina. Along with Nicola Conte, he is one of the leading artists, producers, and DJs of SCHEMA in Italy, and has released five original albums and supervised the reissue project of jazz classics on SCHEMA's sister label, REAWARD. His sound, a crossover of club music, jazz, and Latin rhythms, has been highly acclaimed in various fields. This is his sixth album, his first since 2014's "Movement" (SCCD469). This album is the long-awaited first CD release of those analog recordings, plus new songs, reworkings, new versions, etc. CD1 is a 2-CD release of the masterpiece LP "Blues" released in 2017. released masterpiece LP "Blue Latin", tracks from the 2015 EP "Olympia", and two new songs.CD2 includes a reworked version of "African Seeds" by Saboo Martinez & Sahib Shihab, one of Gerald's best-known songs and one of the greatest club jazz anthems of all time, as well as Deodato's classic Latin disco tune " Superstrut," a classic Latin disco tune by Deodato.
