Shonen Knife, the best girl band in the world, this is their starting point! This is the first LP & CD release of the self-produced cassette tape from 1982, which was released for the first time in commemoration of Shonen Knife, and has been highly anticipated by Shonen Knife fans all over the world! In addition to the early versions of "Burning Farm," "Banana Leaf," "Summertime Boogie," and other songs that would later appear on the band's first through third albums, this is a true treasure that includes songs that can only be heard on this release. Later, their first album "Burning Farm," released on Zero Records in 1983, was released on cassette on K Records (1985) by Calvin Johnson, a leading figure in the US indie world, and Kurt Cobain, who must have picked it up, fell in love with it and started playing with Shonen Knife. Kurt Cobain, who must have gotten a hold of it, was smitten and selected Shonen Knife to be the front act for Nirvana's UK tour, and the band became a worldwide presence.
