Fine dust filter

The Boost CX1 features excellent dust separation. Once large particles have been captured in the dustbin, the air then passes downstream through the fine dust filter. This consists of pleated material and a foam rubber mat. Both are removable. The pleated material can be brushed using the supplied cleaning tool and, where necessary, cleaned carefully with water. The foam rubber mat is also washable. Both items should then be air-dried for 24 hours. To aid consumers instructions are printed on the filter. Miele recommends replacing the fine dust filter every three years.

Exhaust filter

The finest particles are removed by the third and last filtration state, the exhaust filter. This is at the front of the vacuum cleaner behind the honeycomb grill. Thanks to the excellent filtration of the first two stages, only very few and very small particles make it to the exhaust filter.
