Aico Ei168RC RadioLINK Base Unit

At the heart of the RadioLINK system are the Ei168 base units, which are fully compatible with the Ei140 Series of smoke and heat alarms. It is from here that radio signals are transmitted and received. An Ei168 base is required for all alarms in the system.

What does Aico RadioLINK do?

The Aico RadioLINK enables wireless interconnection between smoke, heat, and carbon monoxide alarms. Instead of hardwiring devices together, it uses radio frequency signals to link alarms, allowing them to communicate across a property. When one alarm sounds, all connected units activate simultaneously, improving safety and simplifying installation.
