The CRS is an enhanced multi-reticle system with four components including a precision 2MOA dot, an 8MOA circle, 20MOA circle and 32MOA circle with multiple combination settings to suit individual shooter preference. Shake Awake™

Holosun’s Shake Awake Technology is a standard feature on all of the brand’s current optics and serves to extend battery life by deactivating the optic’s LED while not in use. It works using a highly sensitive motion sensor that detects motion, keeping the LED powered-on during use. This ensures seamless operation of your sight the moment you need it, whether it’s throughout your day or shift. 

When your firearm is stored, the motion sensor will detect a motionless state and after 10 minutes (default setting), the Shake Awake Technology powers the LED off until motion is once again detected. Shake Awake settings can be adjusted to allow the device to power off after longer periods of time. The slightest touch of the optic instantly reactivates the LED so your Holosun optic is ready when needed.

Multiple Reticle System

The Holosun 507COMP-RD’s Multi-reticle System (MRS) allow you to determine the type of aiming point you want to use when you want to use it. The MRS system allows you to select a fast sight picture for shorter distances using a 65 MOA circle with 2 MOA dot (rifle optics) or a 32 MOA circle with 2 MOA dot (handgun optics). This large circle helps you obtain a sight picture faster, and allows for a hold-over reference to help guide your eye to the 2 MOA dot. 

Users can deactivate the larger ring, leaving just the 2 MOA dot for an uncluttered sight picture and increased precision.
