Description:

Orchids, active from 1987 to 1995, left three excellent albums on the Sara label, the conscience of Glasgow. The band's neo-acoustic sound has been compared to Felt, Aztec Camera, and early Primal Scream, and is characterized by a fresh, blue, delicate guitar pop sound. The song "I WANT YOU, I NEED YOU" is a mixture of bittersweetness and exhilaration, "THISBOY IS A MESS", "I DON'T MEAN TO STARE", which was also included in the SKEP WAX compilation "UNDER THE BRIDGE", the harmony-filled chorus, sweet guitars, and melodies. The song is packed with harmonies, sweet guitars, and melodies!
