DESCRIPTION

The U‑ZS Series — comprising the U‑ZS1545 and U‑ZS1230 — delivers powerful, mobile scalping and screening performance for a wide range of material processing needs. Built for durability and efficiency, these machines handle everything from aggregates, sand, and gravel to topsoil, construction demolition waste, and large‑scale recycling.

The U‑ZS1545 is the high‑capacity workhorse of the range, with a 7 m³ chain‑plate feeder, 1500 × 4500 mm double‑deck screen, and throughput of 150–400 t/h, making it ideal for large‑volume, heavy‑duty operations.

The U‑ZS1230 offers a compact, container‑shippable footprint with a 3 m³ belt feeder, 1200 × 3000 mm double‑deck screen, and throughput of 100–200 t/h, perfect for medium‑scale projects and space‑restricted sites.

Both models feature customizable mesh sizes, crawler mobility, and robust diesel powerplants, ensuring reliable performance in the toughest environments.
