The HIMA F8650X is a safety-related central processing unit (CPU) module that is used in the H51q-MS, -HS, and -HRS safety systems. It is a dual-processor module with two Intel 386EX microprocessors running at 25 MHz. Each microprocessor has 1 MB of flash-EPROM for the operating system and data memory, and 1 MB of SRAM for user program memory.
