More compact and concise, The Kingdom Calm Card Deck 2.0 is a technicolor tool PACKED with 55 mind-body practices that support Nervous System Flexibility and Emotional Well Being. This deck was created with the intention of promoting connection and co-regulation—improving a child’s understanding of what is necessary to calm themselves by not only practicing the exercises in the deck, but by experiencing their caretaker’s emotions and nervous system regulate alongside theirs.
