The Who
Description:
The Who, one of the most iconic bands of the British Empire's rock scene, released their first new album in 13 years, "Who", in December 2019 and are still touring in concert as of 2022. A rare live archive is now available to show the magnitude of this veteran rock band that continues to influence various bands even today!
The band was forced to cease operations after the unexpected death of drummer Keith Moon, an original member of the band. However, the band restarted with a new member, Kenny Jones, formerly of Faces. In March 1981, the band released the album "FACE DANCES," which ranked No. 2 on the U.K. album chart and No. 4 on the U.S. album chart. After the UK tour, the band performed a special live show for the popular German music program "ROCKPALAST" as part of the promotion. The new Who, with support member John "Rabbit" Bundrick, performed songs from the new album along with some of their best-known material, and the audience welcomed the new lineup with open arms. This album is a long-awaited release for fans, as no live album of the band from this period exists!
