This specimen is about 1.1" wide and loose / not mounted to anything. The frag plug under it is 1.25" across, but is not included and the frag is not attached to it.

This aquacultured Purple Fungia Plate coral is purple with green tentacles. These guys are awesome and one of aquarist Jon Gordon's favorites. For whatever reason it does not appear to be common to find aquacultured Fungia plates. Likely because of this it is rare to find a named lineage. We acquired one from ReefGen in June of 2017.

These miniature Fungias are Laura's carefully cultivated babies. Thanks to a lucky find of some productive Fungia cloning stalks, ReefGen now offers a limited number of small plate corals featuring purple discs, and green tentacles!

We have trained this stunning fungia morph to encrust and grow lobes with amazingly vivid colors! This frag features one or more mouths and glows bright purple and green which are just some of the reasons why Reef Builders called the Project X an "absolute showstopper"
