Really catchy punk/power pop. Part of the whole first wave of punk in Europe - Yves Kengen (AKA Yke N. Raxola) was in a proto-punk band called Bastard with The Damned's Brian James that formed in England in '74 and moved to Belgium in '75.
Brian left the band in '76 to join the London SS and Yves went on to form Raxola in France in '78.
The band is tight, fast and have a great distorted guitar sound on this, their debut album. They deliver hard edged but melodic punk rock songs. - great, little-known stuff that deserves to be at least well known as, say, the Buzzcocks.
