From the Artist; summary
This print combines two myths—the Garden of Eden and the Three Fates—to question the relationship between action and fate. The first stitch the fates took in their weaving was Eve taking a bite from the apple. Or was the decision to accept the snake's offer of knowledge what set in motion the three fates weaving of possibilities? Three Fates at the Edge of the Garden of Eden suggests the point in an individual's life when knowledge and free will begin to work with fate to create a destiny.
