• 4K DLP engine — 1920 × 1080 native imaging chip, with piezoelectric pixel-shift producing a simulated 3840 × 2160 (4K) image. Fine enough for thin veneers, tight-tolerance surgical guides, and partial framework detail.
• Smart Positioning System (SPS™) — four position encoders monitor mechanical deflection at each corner of the build plate, actively forming layers of precise thickness regardless of cross-sectional area or resin viscosity.
• Transparent Mode — improves part resolution on transparent and water-clear materials such as aligners and surgical guides, without affecting cure kinetics.
• Dual heating system — Air Heater (up to 50°C, ~15°C above ambient) and four corner-mounted IR Heaters (up to 70°C) keep resin viscosity consistent for temperature-sensitive materials.
• 100% open material system — Asiga or any qualified third-party resin (500+ profiles available). You choose the best resin for each application, not the one your printer vendor sells.
• Touchless hood — gesture recognition opens and closes the hood. No gloves contaminating the surface.
• Auto-calibrating optics — integrated radiometer and platform reader simplify calibration and ensure repeatable energy delivery.
