• It correlates to the Water element, symbolizing fluidity, motion, and the movement of emotions. The presiding deity of this Chakra is Lord Varuna, the God of Oceans, who rides a crocodile.
• The sound (mantra) associated with Swadisthana Chakra is "Vam", which helps activate and balance this energy center.
