The Clifton 9 is a lightweight, vegan running shoe weighing 248 grams with a 2E width for a comfortable fit. It features a breathable technical mesh upper made from 35% recycled polyester, with a heel, reflective yoke, and contoured tongue with a medial gusset. The shoe has a 3 mm thicker sole than previous models, with a compression-molded EVA midsole and a curved sole profile under the metatarsals for stability. The outsole is made of durable Durabrasion Rubber™, and the laces are 70% recycled nylon and 30% recycled polyester. The shoe has a heel-to-toe inclination of 5 mm and is designed for road running and walking.
