This ethereal wedding dress was designed by Clare Waight Keller for Chloe and presented as part of the brand’s Pre-Fall 2016 lookbook (look 14/30). Vogue highlighted the “overall carefree spirit” of the collection. Tailored from white lace with a recurring chevron pattern, it gives the appearance of a billowing blouse and flowing maxi-skirt. The top has a rounded neckline trimmed in sheer silk chiffon. The sleeves are cut to a billowing balloon-cut which are cinched at the wrist with a button and then form delicate split cuffs which fall over the hand. The top is tailored from panels of chevron lace, softly pleated, and broken up by wiggling lines of tape lace. Tape lace set against a beige background forms a waistband. A gently pleated peplum falls over the top from just above the bust and is trimmed with tape lace. The skirt is tailored from coordinating lace and cut to a full, swirling silhouette which falls to the floor. It is lined with off-white silk. The dress fastens with a hidden zip under the left arm - complete with logo-engraved zip-pull - and with logo-engraved mother-of-pearl buttons at the back of the neck.

The dress is in excellent condition and is brand new with tags still attached. As such, there are no flaws to the fabric and no marks. The dress is labelled a French size 34, UK 6 or US 2, and is 100% Polyamide with trim of 100% Silk. The main lacework is 80% Cotton, 20% Polyester and the lining is 100% Silk. The fabric has no stretch.
