Here is a rare vintage 1980s deadstock item...a new with tags long cape coat made from 100% fine merino wool by Wellington Fashions (they call it Featherlite Merino Wool). Made by the International Ladies' Garment Workers Union (ILGWU). Fully lined with a satiny black acetate material. One set of snaps about halfway up the front (photo 5), two sets at the neckline (photo 6), plus slits on each side of the waist for your arms (photo 7), and an attached scarf. Marked size Medium, but because it's a cape coat, can absolutely fit larger sizes (L, XL, even XXL). The length is 47.75", and the width across the shoulders is 19.75", with the cape being free fit from there.
