This U-profile roller made of high-quality Polyamide 6G is designed for guiding and running on round tubes with an outer diameter of 20, 25 or 30 mm. The profiled running surface positively engages the round profile and ensures precise, laterally guided movement - without additional guiding elements.

Material & Properties

Polyamide 6G (cast polyamide) is characterized by high wear resistance, good chemical resistance and low operating noise. The roller runs quietly, is food-safe according to common PA standards and is suitable for dry as well as slightly damp environments.

Variants

The roller is available in two versions:

With ball bearing — For applications with high mileage and low rolling resistance. The low-maintenance ball bearing enables smooth, effortless movements even in continuous operation. Suitable for driven and idler rollers.

With plain bore and keyway — For rotationally fixed shaft connections. The keyway enables positive power transmission in driven rollers. Ideal when the roller is to be fixed on a drive shaft and torque is to be transmitted.
