"Der Rosé 2022 Les Prunes wurde aus der roten Mandó-Traube hergestellt, die kurz vor einer Hitzewelle Ende August früh gepflückt wurde, mit nur 11 % Alkohol und einem höheren Säuregehalt als je zuvor und folgte damit eher der Linie des 2018, einem kühleren Jahr. Es hat eine Zitrusnote, Noten von trockenen Rosen und sehr leckere Aromen. Dies hat mehr den Geist eines Weißweins als eines hellen Rotweins, ein ernster und kühler Rosé, der über die Kategorie hinausgeht. Er reifte sechs Monate lang in Ton-Tinaja. 11.000 Flaschen produziert. Die Abfüllung erfolgte im Juni 2023."

"The rosé 2022 Les Prunes was produced with the red Mandó grape that was picked early, just before a heat wave in late August, with only 11% alcohol and higher acidity than ever, following more the line of the 2018, a cooler year. It has a citrus side, notes of dry roses and very tasty flavors. This has more the spirit of a white than a light red, a serious and cool rosé that transcends the category. It matured in clay tinaja for six months. 11,000 bottles produced. It was bottled in June 2023."
