Bear Park: The Bad News Bears contains three separate modules that can be used individually or together with the Bear Park base game.

A module contains a set of new objectives that can be shuffled together with those in the base game.

A second module allows you to add grizzly bears to your bear park, with the grizzly bear tiles taking up seven spaces in a park section. That's quite something, right? Well, to give your park room to grow, you now need to add and complete a fifth park section to complete the game. This expansion includes four new park sections, each with an exit gate so visitors aren't stuck in your park forever.

A third module contains narrow monorail tiles that start with a value of ten points and decrease in value as you add them to your bear park. How do you add a monorail? First you need to place tiles in your park, each with space for a column, and you need to space them correctly. Once you have placed two columns, take the top monorail tile and balance it on the columns. Now everyone can shuffle around your park and watch the bears!
