Green River Reservoir State Park is located in Hyde Park, Vermont. The 653-acre Reservoir includes about 19 miles of shoreline, one of the longest stretches of undeveloped shorelines in Vermont. Only boats powered by electric motors and human-powered watercraft are allowed. The park features 28 remote campsites, accessible by boat. Only low-impact recreational use is allowed. As a result, it is an amazingly beautiful and peaceful place inhabited by a wide variety of wildlife including the Common Loon, Blue Heron, Moose, and Black Bears.
