This product contains a mixture of tocopherols in both natural and non-esterified forms as well as gamma-tocopherol. New research shows that gamma-tocopherol, which is the most abundant form of vitamin E in food, has very important and unique functions.

These functions focus on the ability to detoxify reactive nitrogen species, which are an extremely destructive form of free radicals. Additionally, gamma-tocopherol captures and removes free radicals from the body in a way that alpha-tocopherol cannot.
