This sapphire and diamond half hoop ring features three oval sapphires and two old-cut diamonds that are interspersed with four pairs of small rose-cut diamonds. The 18ct yellow gold band fits across the finger.

A vintage style scroll pattern is hand engraved along each side of the ring, leading to a D-shape band.
