This cake is a real celebration of the late spring/ early summer season: pairing floral, zesty elderflower with the sweet smoothness of white chocolate.

A featherlight elderflower sponge is sandwiched together and covered with a silky white chocolate and elderflower ganache. Elegant simplicity at its best. Writing can be added using Dark Chocolate to compliment the colour of the cake.
