I must admit that I have something with foxes. Ever since I picked up my first camera, they have been my favourite animal to photograph, and I think they still are. Either them or the badgers. I heard stories about foxes when I was a child, and even though the fox was always the bad guy, I still wanted to hear about foxes. I wanted and I still want get to know them – to understand them better.

I find foxes incredible beautiful and exciting to observe, and I felt truly grateful when this fox appeared in the snow covered meadow just in front of me.
