We provide both internal and external sizes so you can check your products will fit before ordering.

Useful Tip: Use a piece of A4 paper to represent the internal footprint size of the box to test your products. It isn’t an exact science, but works well for fixed-size items such as glass bottles and boxed products, or even for soft items that need folding. Use a ruler to check the height.

All our gift boxes use AAA grade recycled greyboard at their core and high quality paper covering.

• 1400g recycled greyboard (approx. 3mm thickness)
• Covered fully inside and outside with 148gsm special pale ivory paper.
• No Lamination.
• 6cm depth front flap with 2 x concealed magnetic closures.
• 4 x sticky corners per box with easy-peel release paper coverings.
• 80cm length x 2.5cm width ivory polyester grosgrain ribbon pre-threaded through box body slot.
• Ribbon can be easily removed and replaced.
• Boxes are handmade and as a result dimensions may have a +/- 5mm tolerance.
• Do not manufacture additional accessories such as inserts or band wrappers without buying a sample to allow for size tolerance and ideally ensure you are in receipt of the bulk.

Our boxes are constructed from high-quality rigid board and assemble into durable packaging suitable for retail and e-commerce use. Bigger sizes can hold several kilos of product but we recommend buying a sample to check suitability if you have exceptionally heavy contents.
