The first Magazine Street conference took place in Edinburgh at the end of September 2022. This magazine was created on site during the day, designed as a snapshot of the event. It’s packed full with examples of the passion, knowldege and sheer bloody mindedness that goes into making magazines.

Featured speakers include: Kerin O’Connor (The Week), Sandrae Lawrence (The Cocktail Lovers), Rhiannon Davis (Greater Govanhill) and art director Fiona Hayes as well as pieces about distribution, new maagzines and even an indie guide from our own Jeremy Leslie. It’s all presented with the visual strength and clarity Simon Esterson always brings to his editorial design.
