Key ingredients

Alpha arbutin is a naturally occurring derivative of hydroquinone (a popular skin-lightening ingredient) extracted from the dried leaves of plants like blueberry, cranberry and bearberry. It blocks the activity of tyrosinase by slowing down the pigmentation. 
Vitamin C is an antioxidant which protects against free radical damage, evens skin tone, and promotes collagen production. 
Glutathione is a powerful antioxidant that helps reduce oxidative stress, lighten skin, and inhibit melanin production, promoting a more even skin tone and reducing the appearance of dark spots and pigmentation. 
Swiss garden cress sprouts are rich in sulforaphane, a powerful antioxidant phytonutrient. This ingredient effectively inhibits pigmentation by targeting two key steps in the melanin production process: neutralizing reactive oxygen species and inhibiting α-MSH, a natural hormone that stimulates skin pigmentation.

Directions for use

The best defence against hyperpigmentation is sunscreen, so do not skip this step in daily skincare in order to prevent further hyperpigmentation problems. It is imperative that you exfoliate once or twice a week to assist in the skin restoration process.
