Made with our cold-brew dark roast coffee, this coffee liqueur by 6 O'Clock Gin is a decadent after-dinner treat, whether drunk neat or in a luxurious cocktail. 

This Coffee Liqueur is made using the cold-brew method to extract maximum flavour from the coffee, and produce a smoother, less acidic coffee base. 6 O'Clock Gin then add vanilla, sugar and alcohol, carefully balancing the ingredients to complement the coffee and celebrate it as the star of the show!

 Following several trials, we eventually landed on the Colombia Continental Dark Roast. No 18. The resulting coffee liqueur is punchy and layered, from slightly citrus high notes to deep, chocolatey low notes with a smooth, silky mouthfeel.

Drink it neat or over ice in place of an after-dinner coffee, or layer tonic over the liqueur for an alcoholic version of a refreshing Café Tonic.

This rich and complex liqueur also makes for some great cocktails.
