Sacagawea Dollar Coin RingThese dollar coins were only minted for a few short years beginning in the year 2000. They proved to be widely unpopular, so the mint decided to stop producing them. The core of these coins is pure copper, with the cladding being composed of copper, manganese, zinc, and nickel, giving it it's unique gold like coating.
