Pathos is an award-winning, single-varietal, premium organic extra virgin olive oil from Crete, with high polyphenols and health claim (EU health claim 432/2012), rich in aromas and with very low acidity.

It is a cold-extracted early harvest olive oil produced with 100% natural processes exclusively from Koroneiki olive variety.

We know that the harvesting process plays an important role in the quality of the olive oil. That is why we harvest the olives carefully and with dedication to the selection of the highest quality fruit.

Within a few hours, the olives are taken to the olive press and they are ground at temperatures below 24°C and with the most modern methods, giving, thus, prominence to the luscious characteristics of the olive oil.
