Dosage

• For extemporaneous use only
• Common dosage range: 1 g - 15 g daily; can be taken with or without food
• It is advisable to begin supplementation at the low end of the dose range, increasing if required

• L-Glycine has not been extensively tested for its effects during pregnancy
