Ingredients:  Calcium carbonate (calcium), choline bitartrate, capsule: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, ginger (Zingiber officinale Rosc.) root extract DER 10:1, myo-inositol, pyridoxal 5′-phosphate (vitamin B6), glucosamine salt of (6S)-5-methyltetrahydrofolate (folic acid), anticaking agent: silicon dioxide, potassium iodide (iodine). 

Recommended intake:  Adults: 2 capsules a day - after a meal.
