Crafted from distinctive mash bills featuring corn, rye, malted barley, and malted rye, this bourbon ages an average of 5.5 years in new toasted and charred Kentucky oak barrels, air-seasoned for 18-24 months minimum. Distilled and bottled at the historic James E. Pepper Distillery in Lexington, Kentucky, using water from the distillery's legendary well, each bottle is presented uncut and unfiltered, straight from the barrel. The nose reveals toasted oak and walnuts, while the palate unfolds with layers of oak, dried dark fruits, and marzipan, finishing elegantly with creamy vanilla, citrus peel, and nutmeg.
