Our Gunpowder Rub is certainly a bit of a firecracker!  Its fragrant and spicy Colonial flavours may be used as you would a Tandoori blend; mixed with a little yoghurt to form a marinade or you can whizz up with some garlic, onion, oil and vinegar and use it to marinade chicken, lamb or fish. Use as a dry seasoning in potato or rice dishes,  or mix with desiccated coconut to make a dry chutney to sprinkle over curries .... super versatile.
