Model Selection Guide

• 440AMP Controller Kit – Ideal for moderate performance upgrades, smoother rides, and extended range

• 600AMP Controller Kit – Maximum power and torque for extreme terrain and oversized tire applications

*Note: Speed increases depend on your golf cart model, its motor, its weight (2 or 4 seater), and level of modification (tires, lift kit, etc).

Pre-Installation Requirements

• Vehicle must be a Series Club Car DS (Non-ITS)
• Heavy-duty solenoid required for 600a; but just recommended for 440a 
• Battery requirements:
  • Lithium:
    • 440AMP controller requires 400AMP discharge capability
    • 600AMP controller requires 500–600AMP discharge capability
  • Lead-acid: 4-gauge or thicker battery cables required
• If you select this variant: DS Series, a 3-Amp diode is strongly recommended to protect the controller during installation. Then, if you upgrade to the Curtis Heavy Duty solenoid (above), you will likely also need this 3a Diode: Diode 3 Amp with Spade Terminals
