Arrival is the Inaugural Whisky from Holyrood Distillery ,marking the beginning of a journey of progression, innovation and experimentation. This Single Malt uses traditional pot still malt and distilling yeast which will form the flavour foundation of Holyrood Whiskies for years to come. Future releases will incorporate heritage and specialty malts, along side a range of yeast strains to produce a diverse and complex array of flavours. Holyrood Arrival was matured in a combination of Oloroso Butts, Pedro Ximenez Hogsheads, Bourbon Barrels and Rum Barriques
