Easily add Trace Elements To Your BRS Two Part! 

The BRS Pharma Hybrid Balling Method is the answer for implementing trace elements alongside the BRS two-part you know and love. Easily make single or multiple gallons of each solution at a time with the bulk package. This add-on kit includes everything you will need to implement trace element dosing to your BRS two-part solution you already dose. 

The Trace Element Package also includes Tropic Marin's Part C, which will maintain the proper balance of ions in your aquarium when dosed alongside your 2-part. Normally when dosing a 2-Part calcium and alkalinity additive, such as the BRS 2-Part Package, sodium chloride builds up over time, shifting the balance of mineral ions in your aquarium and slowly raising salinity. Of course, diluting the water with pure RO/DI can address the salinity creep but doesn't help with the ionic imbalance. With regular dosing, Tropic Marin's Part C maintains the natural balance of mineral salts in the aquarium, perfectly complementing the sodium and chloride ions from sodium carbonate and calcium chloride.

BRS Pharma Balling Method Calcium Liquid Solution - Fill a 1-gallon container 4/5 full of RO/DI or distilled water and then add 2 1/2 cups (514 grams) of BRS Calcium Chloride into the container. Secure the cap on the container and shake it for about 10 seconds to help start the dissolving process. Remove the cap and add the desired amount of Tropic Marin Pro Coral Trace K+ (80ml low demand, 160ml medium demand, 330ml high demand system), fill the container the rest of the way with RO/DI or distilled water. Give the container a few more shakes and then let it sit until all the salts have fully dissolved before use.

BRS Pharma Balling Method Soda Ash Liquid Alkalinity - Fill a 1-gallon container 4/5 full of RO/DI or distilled water and then add 2 1/3 cups (381 grams) of BRS Soda Ash into the container. Secure the cap on the container and shake it for about 10 seconds to help start the dissolving process. Remove the cap and add the desired amount of Tropic Marin Pro Coral Trace A- (80ml low demand, 160ml medium demand, 330ml high demand system), fill the container the rest of the way with RO/DI or distilled water. Give the container a few more shakes and then let it sit until all the salts have fully dissolved before use.

BRS Pharma Balling Method Magnesium Mix Solution - Fill a 1-gallon container 1/2 full of RO/DI or distilled water and then add 5 1/4 cups (933 grams) of BRS Magnesium Chloride and 2 cups (332 grams) of BRS Magnesium Sulfate into the container. Secure the cap on the container and shake it for about 10 seconds to help start the dissolving process. Remove the cap and fill the container the rest of the way with RO/DI or distilled water. Give the container a few more shakes and then let it sit until all the salts have fully dissolved before use.

BRS Pharma Balling Method Part C (Tropic Marin) - Using a clean 1-gallon jug or container, fill it 1/2 full of RO/DI water. Add 4 scoops of Balling Part C to 1 gallon jug. Screw on the cap to the jug and shake it for about 10 seconds to start the dissolving process. Remove the cap and fill the container the rest of the way with RO/DI water. Replace the cap and give the container a few more shakes and let it sit until the salts are fully dissolved which should only take a couple hours. 

Dosing of the Balling Part C solution, is based off your aquarium’s alkalinity dosage. The Part C solution should be dosed at double the amount of the Soda Ash solution used. For example, if you are dosing 21.5mL of Soda Ash solution, you'll dose 43mL of Part C solution. If you notice that your alkalinity demand is constantly more than your calcium demand, then we recommend using the calcium, instead of the alkalinity, as the indicator for the Part C dosage. In that case the volume would be matched, not doubled.
