Each wheel features a heavy duty, blue rubber wheel of 100mm diameter and 32mm width running on a roller bearing each side. The safe working load of each wheel is rated at 80kg. The wheel is suitable for a 12mm axle. The wheel measures 36mm through the bore (overall width).

Calculating your safe working load.

Take the weight of the load to be carried in kilograms and divide by the number of castors being used less one (Even on a flat surface it is unlikely all 4 castors will share the load equally so load calculations are made using 3 as a factor of safety).

Therefore if the load equals 200Kgs (440lbs) dividing this number by 3 = 66.66.

This means each castor wheel should be able to accommodate a load of 66.66Kg
